Are you ready to make your strip?  This is really easy. Basically what we are going to be making is a gradient and adding some noise to make a background strip.  This strip is your second layer. 

Open a new transparent image 40X200.  Go to your Material Pallete>Gradient>Edit>New.

Name your gradient lt pink dk pink or whatever you wish.  Enter at Location 0 BC3950. Enter at Location 50 E1B2BE.  Enter at Location 100 BC3950.  Click OK.  You have just made a gradient.  Now flood fill your transparent image with your new gradient.  Go to Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise. Set it at Uniform and Noise 3. Click OK. Name it strip and save it as a jpg in your image folder. This is what I have:

Now we are going to make the main tile.  Open a new transparent 200X200. Flood fill it with E1B2BE.  Go to Plugins>EyeCandy 4000>Weave.  Apply these settings:

Again this is something you can play with.  If you don't have Eyecandy 4000, you can go to Effects>Texture Effects>Textures.  There are so many textures for you to play with you could be there for hours.  Just remember your text will go on top of this tile so you will want to make it so people can read what you have to say.

Now go to Simple Filter and apply the Quick Tile.  Name your tile linentile and save it as a jpg.  You can see this tile on this page. 

There you go.  You now have your triple background set.  We will now move on to making our header graphic which is going to be so easy you won't believe it.
